AMG-SIU doubles its business by taking on new clients and expanding the number of services for existing clients.
Lori Lewis, AMG-SIU’s Chief Operational Officer, became a member of the Advisory Board for the North Texas Health Care Fraud Working Group of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
AMG-SIU and its services have been featured in the April/May 2006 edition of the “Disclosures” newsletter published by our partner Visual Records.
Last weekend AMG-SIU was moving into a bigger office. This move was necessary due to the continuous growth of the company.
An unfortunate side-effect of the move is the change of our phone number.
The new phone number is:
(714) 973-6300
That’s right, we’re moving! Please check this space again very soon for more details, including our new telephone & fax numbers, as they will be changing.
Dennis Demetre, CEO of AMG-SIU, joined the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).

Dennis Demetre, CEO of AMG-SIU, joined the National Health Anti-Fraud Association (NHCAA).
AMG-SIU was one of the first companies that recognized the importance of data and therefore hired or appointed a Chief Data Officer. As a result, Thomas Mueller has been promoted from Data Specialist to Chief Data Officer. One of the few other people that hold this rare title is Usama Fayyad at Yahoo!. As the title indicates, the Chief Data Officer is in charge of the company’s data. Some responsibilities include data extraction/exchange, data cleansing, data transformation, data loading and data maintenance.
Lori Lewis led the “How to capitalize on waste, abuse, and fraud programs in healthcare” workshop at the Healthcare Claims Management Summit in Las Vegas, NV.
