AMG-SIU was created to offer health care companies a fraud, waste and abuse prevention program that works.

From the beginning, we recognized that a fraud, waste and abuse prevention program required much more than an automated system with federal edits; we needed experts who understood the intricacies of the health care system and where to search for health care fraud.

AMG-SIU is comprised of those experts. Many of its staff members have been employed by the company for more than 30 years and have developed proprietary methods of identifying fraud, waste and abuse. In 2004 when the SIU division began, clients were given access to the system that had been developed and perfected by these experts, AMG-SIU’s ACE system. The system incorporates the SIU techniques of company experts and combines it with federal and state program edits, making the ACE system a uniquely comprehensive editing solution

AMG-SIU continues to innovate and develop its services and offerings while exceeding federal and state mandates, resulting in a program that identifies more fraud, waste and abuse than any other program available. This is why health plans and government agencies across the U.S. work with AMG-SIU and have discovered that compliance and saving money can be one and the same.
